Chef Priti K. Manchanda: With vast experience in bakery & chocolate world and a lot of national /international credentials to her feather, she has recently completed Gelato Programme from Carpigiani Gelato University and Barista skills programme too. She is a well known seasoned professional in the Bakery Industry.
Mr. Pankaj Maini : Hard core businessman with a passion for food, Owner of Neelansh Fire Protection System in India plus hotels and restaurants in Germany.
